Our Story
Out West Atelier started out of necessity. While living in Guam, there were no furniture stores that offered pieces that felt well-made, functional, or worth bringing into our home. Instead of settling, I decided to build what I could not find.

What began as a challenge quickly turned into a craft. Early pieces were simple, but with time, repetition, and a growing understanding of the materials, the work improved. Our home became a testing ground, filled with furniture built to solve real needs. Friends started asking for pieces of their own, and demand followed.

One design in particular, a TV stand, gained traction quickly. Orders came in faster than I could keep up. That was the moment it became clear this could be more than a one-off effort.

Today, Out West Atelier focuses on small-batch furniture built with real, sustainably sourced hardwoods. Each piece is designed with intention, balancing form, function, and durability. The goal is not to produce more, but to produce better.

This is furniture made to be used, lived with, and kept for years.
